REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at yo@lafantar.com with your order details.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • We will share return instructions and the return shipping label, if applicable

  • You must send the product exactly as instructed

Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be rejected upon inspection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Contact us at yo@lafantar.com as soon as possible with photos and order details, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note:

  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the amount, please contact us at yo@lafantar.com.
